Terms and Conditions

All orders placed with RSpec Autotek constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on RSpec Autotek price list and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of RSpec Autotek until paid for in full.

 All orders shipped to a California address must pay state, county & city sales tax as required by the California State Board of Equalization. In the event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a California address, RSpec Autotek will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed and notify the customer with the new amount.
All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a verified billing address. Credit Card and PayPal orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched.  For some credit card/PayPal orders we may require extra identification from the card holder to complete your transaction. This is to protect you and RSpec Autotek from any unauthorized orders or fraudulent transactions. All other orders (check or money order) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.

All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only - some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

Performance Products

All engine modification components, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-highway application. These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used on public roads and highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the vehicle's manufacturer warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public highways. Further, all engine parts, headlight units, light bulbs and electrical components are sold AS IS without any warranty and may not be returned. User assumes all cost and risks associated with these and other import items.

Shipping & Delivery

  • - Most items will be shipped with UPS or shipped by USPS.

  • - Domestic Shipping rates apply to all 48 continuous states

  • - AK, HI, PR shipping rates are same as Canada.

  • - Items will be shipped 24 hours of payment verification.

  • - All international orders may be subject to their customs fees or brokerage fees or duty tax which we do not pay.

  • - All buyers must pay for their own customs fees or brokerage fees or duty tax.

  • These fees vary due to price of item and government rate. Please contact your government website or shipping company to calculate these fees.

Back Orders

We will notify you in the event of a backorder. We continually seek updates on backordered items and update your order status until the backorder is filled.

Returns for Refund or Exchange

  • All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. This is only possible by contacting RSpec Autotek and speaking to one of our sales rep. Please have the following ready when calling: Name, Order number, Date of Purchase and phone number where you can be reached.

  • Restocking Fees: Upon approval by RSpec Autotek, there will be a 25% restocking fee on priced item.

  • Refunds: Upon approval by RSpec Autotek, refunds will be issued in the same manner it was paid minus restocking fees and shipping fees. (Cashier checks, money order(s), personal checks will be refunded via RSpec Autotek company check). Please allow 7-10 business days for checks to be processed.

  • All returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to RSpec Autotek within 10 days of receiving an RMA number.

  • The Return Authorization number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.

  • Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
    Note: Separate RMA numbers should be obtained for different orders.

  • In the case of error, the customer is responsible for all freight/shipping charges incurred with the return or exchange. This includes the original freight/shipping cost to the customer.

  • In the case of error, please call our Customer Service at 909-475-8700 within 2 days of receiving the item to generate a RMA number for exchange. Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-boxing fee. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customer’s expense.

  • Any refused shipments sent back to RSpec Autotek does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with RSpec Autotek for refused shipments. Customer will be charged freight expenses associated with the refused shipment as well as a 25% restocking fee on all shipped products.

WARRANTY

No warranty whatsoever will be given if the defect was caused by customers' abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation. All merchandise sold by RSpec Autotek is only subject to manufacturer's warranty, if any. Warranty items are subject to submission to the manufacturers for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. All products sold by RSpec Autotek, unless otherwise stated in the item description, are sold 'AS-IS'.
